  • Retail Orders: Processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).
  • B2B / Wholesale Orders: Processing time varies based on the order volume. Your dedicated account manager will provide an exact timeline upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

  • UAE Standard Delivery: 1-2 Business Days
  • GCC Regional Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
  • International Delivery (India, Europe, Africa): 7-14 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Everytime53 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

We ensure all luxury products are securely packed. However, Everytime53 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
